Shipping Policy

Our mission is to provide beautiful healthy plants at a reasonable price. Our goal is to get your plants to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our prices remain the same for in-store and online purchases. Unfortunately, shipping costs are expensive. The cost of shipping includes papers, plastic, any other material that may be needed, and time associated with picking and preparing your order for shipment.

We ship via U.S. Postal Services Priority Mail to the Continental US. We do not currently ship internationally.

Priority mail service typically takes 1-3 days, and shipment rates are based on weight and zone. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping and handling. A confirmation notification with tracking information will be sent to the email address specified on the order.

Please be advised that the plant you receive may be different than what is shown in the picture as we have several in stock and no two are alike as they vary in size and form.

Please notify us of any cancelation or modifications to your order within 24 hours after purchase to avoid delays.  

Winter Shipping Policy

We highly recommend purchasing a heat pack to ensure your plants arrive free of damage caused by winter temperatures. If you reside or have an order shipped to a location with a temperature below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, it is strongly recommended that a heat pack is purchased. Should you choose to waive the purchase of a heat pack you are liable for any shipping damage caused by winter temperature and will not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All discounted items are final.

We reserve the right to inspect and determine the appropriateness of care prior to issuing a return or refund.

Lost Plants

We understand that at times shipping can be delayed or even lost, please work with USPS and provide them with your tracking number and they should be able to assist you but also let us know if we can be of assistance. Once your shipment has been confirmed as delivered please work with your local post office as we are unable to assist. Plant Envy is not liable for lost or stolen packages after it has been confirmed as delivered.
